I use Ulysses. It's an annual subscription of about £38 & it's where all my writing lives. I've got it on my iMac, phone, laptop & it saves to icloud. You can export straight into Medium. Only drawback is it's Mac only which is perhaps why a lot of people don't seem to have heard of it.
